Since today is 29th Feb, which only happens once in four years in a leap year, i am going to write a post to commemorate this special day.
Imagine if you are born 24 years ago in Leap year, you will be just 6 years old...

Just to share an interesting legend on Leap Year...
According to a Legend, long time ago in Scotland, Leap year is THE only year that women can propose to men. Don't believe me, read story in link below:
