The reply from Nuffnang

I have received an email reply from Nuffnang.

Our server experienced a technical error and went down a few days ago and our service provider couldn't even figure out the reason why. However, our programmer and technicians did our best to bring the server up as soon as possible. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Rest assure that in the future we will be conducting more regular check ups with our servers to prevent such circumstances from happening again. We do realize that your decision is entirely up to yours and we do not wish for you to change it merely based on our apology. However, we are glad that we have responsive bloggers under our community such as yourself to improve our services.

Oh MT, you sound very upset. So really no more NN ads for u huh? I got my first and only check from them several months back, so I guess I'll keep them for a while. But at least they responded to ur mail yeah.. or not even more angry! ;)

Hi Marzie, i am not upset lah. I just can't stand the slowing loading of NN ads affecting my blog load. Cheers!
